Once you request a time slot, I will verify the appointment and send a contract and invoice for you to complete and pay to reserve your appointment slot.

how to book?

When deciding on what to dress the kids in keep in mind that the backdrop will of course be Valentine’s Day themed with the beach or the vintage blue truck. Pinks, reds, white, and neutrals will all go well with the scene that I have planned. Also, clothing items with texture (knits, denim, layers) photograph especially well!

what to wear?

These sessions are priced at $99 with a 50% non-refundable retainer due at booking to confirm your spot.  The remaining 50% payment will be due 2 days before your session.  Due to the nature of mini sessions, the retainer is non-refundable after booking, unless the photographer must cancel due to inclement weather upon which payments will be fully refunded if the session cannot be rescheduled.


how much are valentine’s day mini sessions?

Prints, gifts, and Valentine’s Day cards (did you miss sending out holiday cards this year? If so, this one’s for you!!) are all great ideas for using Valentine photos. They are also just fun to have to document your kids as they grow or that special someone. 

what to use valentine’s day photos for?

These mini sessions are 15 minutes long and you will receive 5 digital images of your choice from an online gallery. You’ll receive edited, high-resolution digital photos with a print release. You will also have the option to purchase any additional images and be able to print through the online gallery.

what your valentine’s day mini session will include

We are offering something new this year:  Valentine’s Day mini sessions!  We are planning two locations this year; one in Charlotte, NC and the other in Pawleys Island/Garden City, SC.

The event for Charlotte will be held at Pleasant Grove Farm and will utilize a vintage blue truck.  The sessions will be heart/rose themed and appropriate for couples and children.

The event for Pawleys Island/Surfside Beach will be held on the beach, weather permitting, near either the Pawleys Island or Garden City pier.  We will attempt to arrange an inside location in Pawleys Island if inclement weather is predicated.  The sessions will be heart themed and will include a set for couples and a set for children.

These sessions are for the kids or couples only; no family photos as the quick nature of these sessions won’t allow for it. If you need new family portraits, I’d be happy to schedule a session for you!
